Portfolio

As of October 2007, the portfolio comprises two properties – a bulky goods development at Belrose Sydney and a modern office/warehouse in Frenchs Forest Sydney which is leased 100% to Ricoh Australia.
 
The strategic goal of the Manager is to grow funds under management to $200M by the end of 2008.
