Investment Process

Potential acquisition or disposal proposals must be presented for approval by CVC Property Managers.  At the same time, the Due Diligence Committee must also sign off on the proposal.
 
In regard to proposed developments, the project must be derisked as follows:
 
1.       Appropriate DA and zoning requirements satisfied.
2.       Development Project must show a 15% profit.
3.       Pre commitment confirmed.
