Investment Philosophy

CVC Property Fund will invest in a diversified portfolio of commercial, retail and industrial properties.
 
Income will be generated by a combination of investment grade rental properties and derisked developments that are anticipated to generate capital gain.
 
Initially, the Fund will invest in properties along the eastern seaboard including regional centres.
 
It is anticipated that investors will receive an attractive income stream paid half yearly along with moderate capital growth.
